Always reliable for WordPress

I've been using HostPapa for my small business sites for about three years now. This time I renewed my Managed WordPress Hosting for another year. Just like before, the renewal was seamless, no hidden fees or surprises. My sites are always up and running, and performance is consistently good. I stick with them because I know what I'm getting – a stable host and support that actually helps. It just works.

Fast setup, good support

Got Shared Web Hosting for my new blog. Setup was fast. Had a question about email, support chat fixed it quickly. Website is running fine. Would use again.

My site is LIVE!

Woohoo! I finally got my first website online with HostPapa! I went with the Website Builder and it was SO easy to use, even for a total beginner like me. My site looks super professional and it's fast! I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Definitely recommend them to anyone starting out!

Good VPS, some setup steps

I purchased a VPS Hosting plan for a new client project. The ordering process was pretty straightforward online, took about 10 minutes. Delivery of the account details and server access was quick, I got the email within an hour. The server itself has been performing well for our needs. PapaCare Support helped me with a few initial configuration questions about setting up a custom firewall rule, and they were responsive, got it sorted in about 20 minutes through chat. The interface for managing the VPS is cPanel, which I'm familiar with, so usability was high. My only small gripe was needing to manually enable SSH keys after initial setup, which wasn't clearly signposted, but support guided me. Overall, a solid experience for the price.

Great value on first year

I was looking for cheap hosting for my personal portfolio and stumbled upon HostPapa's offer. I got the WordPress Hosting for a really good introductory price, like 70% off for the first year. It included a free domain name too, which saved me even more money. The value for what I paid is excellent. I'm hoping renewal isn't too steep, but for now, I feel like I got a really good deal.

Decent value, small hiccup

I signed up for their Shared Web Hosting, the Business plan, because I needed to host a few small sites. The pricing was competitive for the features offered, especially with the first-year discount. Setting up WordPress was simple enough with their one-click installer. My main complaint was that it took a bit longer than I expected for the SSL certificate to fully propagate, about 4 hours, which caused some temporary browser warnings. Customer service was helpful when I asked about it, explaining the delay was normal, but it still felt like a small inconvenience. Otherwise, the site speed has been fine and I haven't had any downtime issues.
